Client: Jaydo Constructions for South Gippsland Water
Overview: Pipeline construction for the region’s most significant water security project.
9KM pipeline comprising 560mm PN16, 560mm PN20, 500mm PN16 pipes and 800mm PN16 (which was used as a sleeve pipe in some location). A significant number of tees (including air valve assemblies), bends and stub flanges were also welded.
Challenging, hilly terrain with very tight pipe alignments in some areas.
Australian Poly Solutions employed the use of McElroy TracStar T630 and T900 (track mounted) high pressure butt fusion machines for the works and all welds were data-logged.
