Kerarbury Farm Stages 1 & 2
Project: Kerarbury Farm Stages 1 & 2
Client: Irribiz for Olam Foods
Overview: Olam Orchards Australia is an international seed to shelf Food Company. The pipelines provided irrigation water for two farm expansions at the Kerarbury farm located just outside Darlington Point (Griffith) NSW.
Stage 1 and stage 2 combined included over 32KM of mostly 630mm PN6.3 pipe and fittings, including tees, sweep bends and stub flanges for the water delivery and various suction lines.
Australian Poly Solutions employed the use of McElroy TracStar T630 and T900, track mounted, high pressure butt fusion machines for the works and all welds were data-logged.
In addition to the butt fusion welding services, APS extrusion welded a number of flat HDPE plates along the pipeline which were used as thrust points.
